Shipping Policy

At Beyond, we're committed to getting your dental supplies to you quickly, reliably, and with complete transparency.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on nearly every order placed through your Beyond account, with no minimum purchase required.

To qualify for free shipping, you must be logged into an account with a registered dental license number at checkout. Orders placed without a verified dental license may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Order processing and same-day shipping

We understand that dental practices depend on timely deliveries. That's why we ship orders the same day whenever possible.

Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST on business days are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 1 - 2 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

To help reduce transit times and ensure fast delivery, orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to your shipping address whenever possible.

Shipping locations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery status.
